After many years of working with people as both a high school teacher and personal trainer, I have learned that the most important skill to successfully help others is to listen. Before working with clients, it is absolutely. critical that I meet with them to discuss their work, fitness and health histories, lifestyles and goals, and that is why I offer a one hour FREE consultation before designing a fitness program, but it doesn’t stop there. Another critical component to the client-trainer relationship is flexibility, seeing what works, what doesn’t and how the our sessions can be improved to achieve maximum results, whether it is weight loss, body composition change, hypertrophy or increased flexibility or aerobic capacity. So when you contact me, the first step will be to schedule a consultation and move from there. Every program is specifically tailored to each client’s needs.

Here’s how it works:
We begin with a complimentary one-hour consultation, where we’ll discuss your goals, health history, lifestyle, and any concerns you may have. This session allows us to get to know each other and begin shaping a program that truly fits your needs, comfort level, and abilities.
From there, I offer flexible one-hour training packages in blocks of:
2 sessions – A great way to get started or refresh your routine
4 sessions – Ideal for short-term support and accountability
8 sessions – Build consistency and start seeing measurable progress
12 sessions – Establish long-term habits and make meaningful change
All sessions are private, supportive, and focused entirely on you. We’ll work at your pace, with exercises that are safe, effective, and tailored specifically to your goals — whether that means gaining strength, improving balance and mobility, recovering from an injury, or just feeling better day to day.
This is not a one-size-fits-all class — every movement can be modified to meet you where you are. You’ll be challenged, but never overwhelmed.
Led in a fun, upbeat atmosphere, the focus is on progress, not perfection. You’ll leave feeling energized, accomplished, and connected — not just to your body, but to a supportive community of others who are also investing in their health.

Start your weekend strong with our Saturday Bootcamp, a dynamic, full-body workout designed for all fitness levels and ages. Whether you’re just beginning your fitness journey or looking to level up, this class delivers everything you need in a supportive and motivating environment.
Each 60-minute session includes:
Strength Training – Build muscle, improve bone density, and increase overall power
Cardio Conditioning – Boost endurance and heart health with fun, high-energy movement
Core Work – Strengthen your foundation for better posture, balance, and mobility
Flexibility Training – Enhance joint health and prevent injuries with focused stretching
